THE NEED
To define Jean Paul Gaultier's positioning on the concept of femininity to support the launch of their new fragrance, Divine.

OUR SOLUTION
We helped the House shape its narrative around femininity by moving beyond stereotypes and positioning it as a thoughtful and relevant leader on the subject. We interviewed Divine ambassador Yara Shahidi to create ready-to-use content for PR usage ; we also produced a conference exploring contemporary expressions of femininity as part of the press launch. Our strategic recommendations became a reference document for the marketing, communications, and retail teams.

THE NEED
To promote the final season of Sex Education while reinforcing the show's close connection with teenagers and young adults.

OUR SOLUTION
We created the Sex Education Hotline, a nationwide sexual health awareness campaign in partnership with the French Family Planning organization (Le Planning Familial). We displayed real questions submitted by 15–25-year-olds across France, using the campaign to promote the organization's free helpline. Five content creators and a sex therapist answered these questions, sparking widespread conversations about sexual health across social media. During the campaign, calls to the helpline doubled, including a 10% increase in calls from minors. The campaign's launch Reel generated more than 16 million views.

THE NEED
To talk about love in an authentic and distinctive way through a brand campaign, enabling the jewelry house to stand out and spark conversation.

OUR SOLUTION
We casted three real couples and photographed a series of intimate portraits celebrating the tender gestures that define their relationships. We also produced three social-first video capsules in which each couple shared the story of their first kiss. The campaign generated strong engagement on Instagram and TikTok before culminating in a launch event in Paris, produced by our team, bringing together couples to celebrate love.

THE NEED
To highlight Vienna to Gaze Magazine’s community by positioning the Austrian capital as an inspiring destination for a female, feminist audience seeking experiences beyond the usual tourist trail.

OUR SOLUTION
We created a Feminist City Guide to Vienna, featuring a local creative who shared her seven favorite feminist spots across the city, all captured through the lens of a Vienna-based photographer. To maximize reach, we developed a dedicated social media strategy targeting Gaze's 85,000 followers, alongside a beautifully designed print insert included in every issue of Gaze Magazine, mailed to subscribers and distributed across France.

THE NEED
To position Zen&Bien HandiZen as a legitimate voice on workplace well-being by highlighting its expertise and vision for a more inclusive working environment.

OUR SOLUTION
After developing Zen&Bien's new brand platform, manifesto, tone of voice as well as a fresh visual identity, we brought it all to life through an editorial newsletter that tackles workplace well-being with insight and a touch of irreverence. From concept, editorial strategy and art direction to content production and distribution through a tailored digital marketing strategy, we built this brand media platform from the ground up to establish a distinctive and engaging brand voice.

THE NEED
To promote the highly anticipated second season of Squid Game while celebrating the show's fan community.

OUR SOLUTION
We invited 456 fans to compete in the iconic "Red Light, Green Light" challenge on the Champs-Élysées alongside leading French creators Inoxtag, Maghla, and Just Riadh. Across two sessions of 456 participants each, those who crossed the finish line won tickets to the exclusive Squid Game Season 2 premiere at the Grand Rex. Gaze Studio conceived the campaign and coordinated the five agencies involved in its execution. The activation generated 5 million live viewers on Inoxtag's stream, welcomed 25,000 attendees on-site, delivered 129 million social media impressions, and earned 35 pieces of coverage across French and international media.

THE NEED
To support the launch of Privilèges Season 1 by establishing the series as a premium, highly desirable HBO Max Original with a distinctive identity, despite the crowded landscape of luxury- and hospitality-themed dramas.

OUR SOLUTION
We created a memorable social video with Konbini and content creator Fanny Lapanny to reach the broadest audience possible. The concept featured Fanny as an eccentric butler racing through the streets of Paris to fulfill passersby's most outrageous requests, echoing the role of Adèle, played by actress Manon Bresch in the show. The campaign translated the show's playful take on privilege into an entertaining, social-first activation that made the series instantly recognizable.

THE NEED
To bring the bold, forward-thinking spirit of the Nike Shox Z to life while positioning Nike as a supporter of the next generation of creative talent.

OUR SOLUTION
We designed a unique creative mentorship program for 10 emerging photographers selected through an open call. Built around collaboration and sisterhood, the program guided participants through every stage of the creative process : from developing their concept and building a moodboard to producing, editing, post-producing, and articulating their artistic vision. The project culminated in a public exhibition showcasing each photographer's work in a Paris gallery.

THE NEED
To amplify the launch of Sex Education Season 3 and spark a nationwide conversation around the themes explored in the series.

OUR SOLUTION
We reimagined a familiar cultural object (the classic card game) into a conversation starter. Distributed free of charge, the Sex Education Card Game was designed to encourage open discussions about intimacy and break down taboos. To reinforce the campaign's credibility, we hosted an exclusive preview event where sex educators and influencers tested the game together. All 55,000 copies were claimed within 30 minutes over three days, while the long-form YouTube launch video reached more than one million viewers.

THE NEED
To promote the 2025 “DATE Report”, a major survey conducted by Hinge among its users, with a focus on the LGBTQIA+ community, to French audiences.

OUR SOLUTION
We organized a live podcast recording at La Gaîté Lyrique: a special bonus episode of Jins, hosted by Jamal Ouazzani in collaboration with Gaze. The conversation gave a voice to the queer community, exploring perspectives on love beyond the labels. The event sold out within hours. Attendees left with a printed editorial object designed for the occasion, promoting the DATE Report.

THE NEED
To create a strong visual identity for the launch of the ‘‘One Piece Market’ in Paris and offer fans a photogenic souvenir from their visit, faithful to the universe of the Netflix series.

OUR SOLUTION
We designed the launch key visual and developed the art direction that served as the foundation for the entire project ; from the website to the venue scenography. In parallel, we created and produced a travel journal–inspired passport: featuring a textured cover, hot foil stamping, parchment-style paper, and refined finishes. Throughout their journey, fans could complete it with custom stamps referencing Luffy’s universe, turning the object into a true collector’s item they took home.

THE NEED
To reinvent singles mixers and empower women to make the first move in real life.

OUR SOLUTION
We created “Les Nuits” Bumble, a recurring secret event designed to re-enchant the dating experience for Parisian singles. This monthly, highly curated and inclusive gathering brought chance encounters back to the center of dating, while giving women the space to take the lead in their romantic lives. The experience featured unexpected surprises and ice-breakers, including a custom card game and a limited-edition T-shirt line. The result: strong FOMO, with over 5,200 registrations for only 300 selected participants, generating 124K impressions on the app and 2.2M across social media.

THE NEED
To communicate the return of the ‘Field General’ across social media and Nike flagship stores, targeting a female audience.

OUR SOLUTION
We developed a storytelling approach centered on minimalism to highlight the relaunch of this iconic sneaker. We produced a photoshoot featuring two content creators, followed by a styling workshop with a group of young women from Marie Gaguech’s community, documented through imagery shot by artist Inès Saki. The project culminated in a refined editorial fanzine, printed and distributed in Nike’s Paris flagship stores.
